Adjacent to Harrington River Lodge there is a championship nine-hole golf course and Harrigan’s Harrington Waters.
Take a leisurely stroll or cycle along the purpose-built Riverwalk and take in the view of the magnificent Manning River! The Riverwalk runs approximately 3.5 kilometres and takes in the sights and natural beauty of Harrington Waters including the Marina, Harrigan’s Harrington Waters and River Lodge, and Harrington Water’s Golf Club. Whether you’re out for your morning jog, cycling with your family and friends or dropping in your fishing line – the pace is up to you.
Harrington Beach has over 5km of pristine white sand and stretches from Harrington to Crowdy Head and while unpatrolled, is a great surfing, body boarding and fishing location.
Crowdy Head is less than 15kms away, the northern beach is patrolled and great for families with BBQs, picnic spots and a café. Kite surfing is a popular pastime at this beach and is a great spectator sport.
Bring the boat or kayak and enjoy some great spots for water sports and fishing.
Offshore fishing charters can also be organised at Crowdy Head Boat Harbour.
For nature lovers Crowdy Bay National Park is protected by a pristine sweep of coastline and is one of the most glorious coastal national parks in NSW. It offers jaw-dropping ocean and mountain views, an abundance of wildlife and, despite its name, crowd-free beaches.
This is just a taste of the area’s attractions. There’s something here for everyone.
